At Pawsome Ranch, we want our Subscribe & Save program to be simple, convenient, and flexible.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees or penalties.
To manage or cancel your subscription, log in to your customer account and access your subscription management options, or contact us at hello@pawsomeranchusa.com.
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Cancellations take effect for future subscription orders that have not yet been processed.
If an order has already been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you, but cancellation may not be possible once an order has been shipped.
Refunds and Returns
Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not accept physical returns of dog chews. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us for assistance.
