At Pawsome Ranch, your dog's happiness and safety are our priorities. We take pride in offering high-quality, natural dog chews and want you to feel confident shopping with us.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of dog chews, including unopened packages.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@pawsomeranchusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging, if possible.

We will review your request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You will not be required to return the product.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pawsomeranchusa.com.

We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
